Biography

Among many J-Rock bands from Japan there is one band that breaks away with varied music stylistics and unique song writing: lynch.

Founded in 2004 by vocalist Hazuki, lynch. started their career early with the release of their first album in 2005, along with their first live activities. Rising popularity and concerts with heavyweights like Sadie and girugämesh lead to their second album release in 2007 along with even bigger concerts and headliner tours. Even though lynch. started off with a small independent label, their releases entered the Oricon charts several times but finally the time had come to sign with a major label in order to gain a bigger audience. I BELIEVE IN ME is lynch’s major debut and each song is showing different aspects, varying from melodious tunes to heavy ones, along with the incredible voice of vocalist Hazuki. More than ever, lynch. is perceived as a modern band from Japan that combines numerous musical influences to create their own sound that will delight music fans all around the world.

After their successful single release of BALLAD, lynch. once again returns to Europe and also America. This time the famous Nagoya kei band has created not less than 6 tracks, that tell a haunted tale of despair and desire. EXODUS, the title track introduces the audience to this ground-breaking release and already puts the bar high: Hazuki’s voice alternates between sensual melodies and brutal shoutings, accompanied by intensive drumming and striking guitar riffs! And the EP continues this way without any filler! The EXODUS-EP is not less than an impressive example of intelligent and straight forward Rock/Metal from Japan and so far the spearhead of lynch.’s creative work.
